[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
17.08.2015 on the basis of the proceedings of second respondent Committee bearing proceedings No.31458/CVIII/2008, dated 24.03.2014.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that on the basis of petitioner's application seeking issuance of Community Certificate, a notice was issued to the petitioner calling him to appear for an enquiry on 12.07.2019 at 11:00 a.m. and on completion of enquiry, necessary orders would be passed.
4. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass orders on merits. However, the first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of petitioner's appearance for enquiry.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
