(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of one day in filing the appeal against the order dated 13.08.2025 in MCOP No.2857 of 2024 on the file of the MACT Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.Counsel for the claimants is also present.

3.It had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there has been a delay of just one day.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal on 18.06.2026 for admission. Registry may also print the name of the counsel for the respondents in the cause list when the appeal is posted for admission.
