This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction upon the respondent police to register the complaint dated 18.11.2014 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that enquiry has been conducted on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2014 and was closed.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner so as to enable him to proceed further in the manner known to law.
