This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11200 of 2022 on 08.06.2022, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-(Rupees Six Lakhs only) in para-3 and by deleting the condition made in para-6 relating to deposit of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) made against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
