ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 21.01.2024 given by the petitioner to

permit him to retire from service on superannuation on 31.03.2014, by restoring all service benefits, including promotion and consequential monetary benefits within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.01.2024, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31485 of 2016 dated 22.09.2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
