My learned predecessor by an order dated 23.08.2022, had granted an order of interim injunction without any limiting date.

2. This obviously means injunction will continue till the disposal of the suit.

3. The application therefore need not be listed again and the same is closed, recording the order of interim injunction.

4. If the defendant has any grievances, an application to vacate the injunction may be filed.
