ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to FIR in Cr.No.184 of 2011 dated 28.02.2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.184 of 2011 was completed and the case was closed as "mistake of fact" vide RCS No.58 of 2016 on 30.09.2016 and the closure report has also been filed before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Gobichettipalayam.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
