This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation, which is now pending in CSR No.111 of 2019 before the 2nd respondent Police Station.

2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. If no FIR is registered by the 2nd respondent and the case is kept pending at the CSR stage, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, and petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court.
