(CR NO. 10/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30. a.m., until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.8362 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17025 of 2020 dated 18/12/2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 18.12.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 18.12.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30a.m..
