(CR.NO.1581/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court by another two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4637/2021 dated 15.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20838/2020 dated 08.01.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 15.04.2021 in Crl.MP.No.4637 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20838 of 2020, this Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner for a period of two weeks. Again, this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
