Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the statutory revision filed u/s. 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 08.12.2014 by fixing time limit.

The petitioners preferred a statutory revision before the first respondent on 08.12.2014 challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 25.02.2013. Since the revision was not taken up for final disposal, the petitioners have come up with this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the revision petition would be disposed of by the first respondent as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the statutory revision filed by the petitioners dated 08.12.2014 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
