[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the alleged detenue S.Sowmya, aged about 19 years, was secured on 06.08.2021 and that she is now with the petitioner. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
