Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, the respondent-Police conducted an enquiry and found that there is a tenancy dispute between the petitioner/lessor and the de-facto complainant/ lessee and civil proceedings are also pending against them and that the respondent-Police closed the complaint. He further submitted that there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
