(CR.NO.0101 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioners to appear and sign before the Respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m and evening at 5.30 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.13269 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13269 of 2022 on 09.06.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m and Evening at 5.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.
