JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) P.T.Raman, the husband of the appellant was engaged as a casual labour in the respondent Department from 18.4.76 and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
died on 10.8.96. The case of the appellant is that in the light of G.O.Ms.No.116, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department dated 7.5.97, the services of her husband ought to have been regularised and he should have been paid all the attendant benefits.
2. In our considered opinion, since the husband of the appellant died even before the issuance of G.O.Ms.No.116 dated 7.5.97, there was no question of regularisation of his services at any point of time. Hence we are not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge, as no right whatsoever will accrue to the appellant till the services of P.T.Raman are found to be regularised. Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed. It is for the respondents to find out whether the appellant is entitled for monetary benefits, taking into consideration of the services rendered by her husbandP.T.Raman for a period of 20 years, preceding the G.O.Ms.No.116, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department dated 7.5.97.
