This revision challenges the order of learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam, passed in O.S.No.199 of 2006 on 29.03.2016.

A perusal of the adjudication proceedings informs that much delay has been occasioned by respondents/defendants in the conduct of proceedings before the Court below and the suit which is one seeking bare injunction, was filed in the year 2006. In the circumstances, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.199 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
