This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition of depositing Rs.20,000/- by each of the petitioners credit of the Dean, Government General Hospital & Medical College, Vellore, in Crl.O.P.No.360 of 2024 vide order dated 31.01.2024

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioners to comply the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
