ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to investigate and take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 18.12.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the 1st respondent, on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner dated 18.12.2025, directed the 6th respondent to conduct an enquiry and submit a report. On the said direction, the 6th respondent also conducted enquiry and submitted a report before the 1st respondent. On the basis of the said report, the respondents 1 to 3 will initiate necessary action as against the accused in accordance with law.

3.This Court, therefore, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the accused on the basis of the report submitted by the 6th respondent in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
