Mr.LSM.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.A.Sundaravadanam, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enble a final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus simplicitor directing the first and second respondents to return the entire loan amount, EMD, Security deposit and two months lease amount, in all amounting to a sum of Rs.14,15,000/- with 18% simple interst to the petitioner based on her representation dated 06.04.2024.

3. A perusal of the writ affidavit indicates several factual aspects of the matter leading to the prayer sought. In fact, in representation dated 06.04.2024, which has duly been received by the respondent on 09.04.2024, the petitioner has set out the facts and reiterated the very same prayer as raised in this Writ Petition. Hence it would be appropriate for the authorities to consider the same rather than this Court.

4. Hence, mandamus is issued to R2 to hear the petitioner, consider relevant materials placed on record and pass orders on representation dated 2/4

06.04.2024 in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
