ORDER

The petitioner is the member of the third respondent, and he has preferred a complaint to the third respondent to appoint a Special Officer for M/s.Skal International, Chennai, who is represented in this proceedings by its President, the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that a show cause notice has been given to the fourth respondent, and it has not been replied yet.

3. Since the third respondent has already commenced some action in the 2/4

complaint preferred by the petitioner, this Court does not require any specific direction to the third respondent, except requiring him to dispose of the matter at the earliest.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
