2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. M/s.A.S.Kailasam and Associates has taken notice on behalf of the third respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 3 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.124654 of 2019 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise, in order and print the name of Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 when the matter is listed for admission.
