Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 2 to 4 to evict respondents 5 and 6 in the Mandaveli Poramboke Land situated in Survey No.317/5 in Valayachettykulam Village, Cho Kuppam Post, Ginjee Taluk, Villupuram District and also prevent them from proceeding with illegal construction of Temple in the said water Tank bund (East side of the Tank Bund) forthwith.

O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that private respondents 5 and 6 are unauthorisedly constructing a temple in Survey No.317/5, Valayachettykulam Village, Cho Kuppam Post, Ginjee Taluk, Villupuram District, wherein a water tank is situated, and despite their representations from December, 2014, there is no fruitful result, despite the Collector having issued a Memo on 12.03.2015, inviting the attention of the Tahsildar to the relevant Government Order.

2. We, thus, call upon the Tahsildar/third respondent to look into the matter in the context of the Memo issued by the Collector and take action in accordance with law, if any infirmity is found, within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of this order with intimation to the Collector and to the petitioner before the Court.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ATR Copies to;
