This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 21.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that his application to conduct an enquiry and include the names of the other sharers viz., the petitioner and other legal heirs in patta No.342, which was obtained by one of the joint owners, exclusively removing them. The said application was dismissed by the 2nd respondent, as against which, the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 21.04.2023 before the 1st respondent and the same is pending. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after the filing of the present writ petition, hearing date on his appeal has been fixed on 11.06.2024.

In view of the above, let the 1st respondent dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 21.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
