This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.50 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police to any other police officer.

He would further submit that the respondents police are conducting the investigation in a fair manner. Hence, there is no ground for transfer of investigation.
