ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 07.10.2025 in M.C.O.P.No.4588 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident claims Tribunal, II Small Causes Court, Chennai.
2.The learned counsel had entered appearance for R1 to R3. 3.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that the certified copy has not yet been received and thereafter, the order copy had been downloaded from the web portal of the trial Court. It had been stated that an opinion had to be obtained for filing the appeal. In that process, there has been a delay.
