Mr.A.R.Nixon, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is not pressing the prayer, since the petitioner has been appointed as a Computer Operator. Recording his statement, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 is also dismissed. No costs.
