This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8081 of 2023 vide order dated 18.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
