Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus quashing the order of the 2nd respondent in letter No.8372/Citz-I/2014-I dated 20.02.2014 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to forward the application of the petitioner for conferment of citizenship by registration to the 1st respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for conferment of citizenship by registration and to register the petitioner as a citizen of India.
