ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the second respondent relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.3654/Ma.Ka.2/2023 dated 03.05.2023 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete his internship in June 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the written instructions of the first respondent dated 28.06.2023 before this Court and submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the above writ petition challenging the suspension order dated 03.05.2023 passed as against the petitioner, however, subsequently, the said suspension was revoked.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
