The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 03.12.2015 passed in E.A.No.729 of 2014 in E.P.No.1761 of

2014 in O.S.No.751 of 2005 on the file of the learned IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 05.07.2017 and to that effect, report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been filed before this Court. 3.The petitioner and the respondent are also present before this Court and they have also accepted the same.

4.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. The report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre is recorded and the same shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 16.03.2018 Speaking/Non Speaking order.
