This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay Kanyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Kanyakumari Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7954 of 2023 by its order dated 13.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioners is partly relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
