This Application has been filed by the applicant/ first defendant, seeking to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the written statement in the Suit in C.S.No.17 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to condone the delay and to receive the written statement.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, delay of 69 days in filing the written statement is condoned. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to take the written statement on file, if it is otherwise in order and place the same on record.

5. List the Suit on 16.08.2022.
