This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents herein to sanction leave from 12.02.2024 to 17.02.2024 to the petitioner herein and consequently pay the salary to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2024, 11.04.2024 and 15.04.2024.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.02.2024, 11.04.2024 and 15.04.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
