ORDER

W.M.P.No.18187 of 2026 has been filed to amend the cause title in W.P.No.21549 of 2026 by deleting the existing 2nd respondent, viz., "The District Collector, The District Collectorate, Ranipettai District, Ranipettai-632 401" and replacing the same with "The District Collector, 'A' Block, 2nd Floor, District Collector's Office, Vellore - 632009." 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, W.M.P.No.18187 of 2026 is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title. __________Page 3 of 5

3.W.M.P.No.9094 of 2026 has been filed by the District Collector, Ranipettai, for a similar relief to delete the 2nd respondent from the cause title of W.P.No.21549 of 2025. In the light of the order passed in W.M.P.No.18187 of 2026, no orders are required in this petition. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.9094 of 2026 is closed.
