This petition has been filed to amend the name of the Petitioner in the petition and as well as in the order dated 18.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11607 of 2023 as G.Nagaraj instead of S.Nagaraj.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.11607 of 2023, the name of the petitioner was wrongly typed as S.Nagaraj. Now the petitioner seeks to amend the same by filing this Crl.M.P.No.7358 of 2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and the submission made by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the order dated 18.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11607 of 2023 and issue a fresh order copy.
