This petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2015, pending on the file of the first respondent and transfer the same to the second respondent agency.
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI Cases) submits that the investigation is almost completed and Analysis Report from Forensic Science Department is awaited, once the final report is submitted, they will proceed with the same.
3. The said submission is recorded. Since no direction is required at this stage to transfer the investigation to CBI. The Crl.O.P., stands dismissed.
