This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition of deposit of 20% of the compensation amount passed in Crl.O.P.No.10065 of 2023 vide order dated 04.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to comply the condition of deposit of 20% of the compensation amount, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal, Namakkal District in Crl.M.P.No.175 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.15 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023 shall stand automatically rejected.
