On mentioning, the matter is taken up today, under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, that at the time of passing the original order dated 26.05.2023, it was not recorded that the petitioners 1 and 2 are ladies. Therefore, one of the conditions in the said order dated 26.05.2023 in paragraph No.7(b) is to be modified. 3.Pursuant to the said modification, the said paragraph No.7(b) is to be replaced as under:

"7 [b] the petitioners 1 & 2 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner 3 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation."

4. The time for surrender is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate new paragraph No.7(b) quoted above and issue fresh order copy to all concerned.

6. In other respects, the order dated 26.05.2023 shall remain unaltered.
