This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction directing the respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 12.02.2015 and investigate the matter against the said person. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the opposite party had taken the petitioner for tour and did not provide the assured amenities. In a complaint of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register the FIR, as it is purely a deficiency in service. Hence this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
