JUDGMENT
(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, challenging the fair and decretal order dated 17 May 2012 rendered in H.M.O.P.No.1612 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2.Despite sufficient opportunities granted, none appeared on behalf of the appellant as well as the respondent nor was any representation made on their behalf.
3.With the consent of the parties, on 30 January 2015, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 27 February 2015. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court. 4.Having noticed the fact that the mediation agreement dated 27 February 2015 was signed by both the parties and also counsel representing them, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 27 February 2015, annexed herewith as a part of this judgment. No costs.
