ORDER

The Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the order of acquittal. Since the Court below acquitted the accused by judgment dated 17.03.2011.

Subsequent to the amendment made to section 372 Cr.P.C., the petitioner can only filean appeal before the learned Sessions Court. Hence, the Revision is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
