ORDER
The petitioner made a representation on 02.09.2015 seeking to consider him as a trustee. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are proceedings initiated earlier and there is already an order governing the issue by the Madurai Bench of this Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
