O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to register a case for the offences of trespass, assault and threat on the basis of the complaint dated 27.01.2015 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that this petitioner has given a complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police alleging that he was assaulted by the Advocate in the Police Station.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is permitted to appear in-person before the Jurisdictional police and lodge a complaint and on receipt of the said complaint, the concerned Jurisdictional Police shall deal with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others).
