Crl.M.P.Nos.7350 and 7351 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9458 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

The petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9458 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 directing the petitioner "to stay at Virudhunagar and report before the Virudhunagar East Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" and to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9458 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. until further orders.

4.A further period of two weeks time is extended from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to surrender and execute sureties.

5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
