ORDER

Subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, final adjudication order has been passed by the respondents through order in original dated 19.07.2024 and pursuant to the same, the petitioner (importer) has paid the applicable differential duty, fine and penalty imposed on them as per the order in original.

2. The aforesaid fact has been stated in the counter affidavit filed by this respondents before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees to the same.

3. Since the petitioner has paid the differential duty, fine and penalty as per the order in original, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
