Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records pursuant to the letter dated 29.3.2015 in No.086093/63/G.59/G.591/2015-1, on the file of the second respondent, quash the same in respect of the petitioner alone and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the request transfer application of the petitioner dated 24.7.2015.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would claim that at present, he is working as a Revenue Supervisor in the services of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO). The grievance expressed by him, is that in gross violation of the Circular issued by the Chief Engineer/Personnel in Memo No.114124/G11/G111/2001-2 dated 3.1.2002, the order of transfer has been effected transferring the petitioner from Virudhunagar EDC to Salem EDC, whereas his juniors were given accommodation in the very same office itself and in this regard, he has also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submitted a representation dated 8.7.2015, to the second respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in similar facts and circumstances, this Court vide order dated 16.9.2015, made in W.P.No.29199 of 2015, has directed the second respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner therein and pass orders on his representation in accordance with law and prays for similar relief. 4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, also. 5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 8.7.
2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 3 to 5 and pass orders thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 to 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
