ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 2 & 7 from granting lease to the 8th respondent without following the procedure under the Tenders Act.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 7 submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the District Collector, Krishnagiri has passed an order dated 20.07.2021 stating that, procedure contemplated under Tender Transparency Act will be followed while finalising the grant of tender.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
