COMMON ORDER Both the defacto complainant as well as the State have preferred the above Criminal Original Petitions to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the accused Nos.1,2 and 5.

2. Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, it is represented by both sides that the fifth accused (Crl.OP.No.3936 of 2015) has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, the Crl.OP.No.3936 of 2015 filed by the prosecution to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to the fifth accused is dismissed.

4. Insofar as the accused Nos.1 and 2 are concerned, the prosecution has filed Crl.OP.Nos.3935 of 2015 and 3937 of 2015 and the defacto complainant has filed Crl.OP.Nos.18884 and 18885 of 2015 to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to them and now it is represented that the accused Nos.1 and 2 are not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court .

5. It is needless to point out that if the accused fails to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail, automatically the bail granted to them has to be cancelled. Since, in these cases, the accused 1 and 2 have not complied with the conditions for more than two years, the anticipatory bail granted to the accused Nos 1 and 2 are cancelled.

6. Accordingly, the Crl.OP.Nos.3935 of 2015, 3927 of 2015, 18884 of 2015 and 18885 of 2015 are allowed. The Police is directed to take necessary steps to arrest the accused Nos.1 and 2.
