ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed application to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai -I to dispose C.C.No.150 of 2019 within time framed manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. On perusal of the docket order, it appears that the case is at the stage of evidence and so far as only one witness has been cross examined. The case has been protracted from 22.04.2019 without any valid reason. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is a Government Servant and he is undergoing trial, this Court is of the view that the prosecution is directed to produce all the witnesses before the Trial Court and the Trial Court shall issue summons to the witnesses to expedite the trial and complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 2/4
