This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent everyday at 10.30 A.M until further orders", imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9575 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly. The investigation is still pending.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
